Julius Fast with Janet Evanovich
Julius Fast (1919-2008) was born in New York City and started writing in 1944, in the Army. His first mystery novel, Watchful at Night, won an Edgar. He has been an executive at a number of Pharmaceutical houses, feature editor at Medical World News and Senior editor at Medical News. He has taught Creative Writing at Hunter College, and Body Language at The New School For Social Research and at Connecticut State College. His best-known book is Body Language, which became a global best-seller. His brother Howard Fast (E.V. Cunningham) was also a novelist, as well as his nephew Jonathan Fast.
