Colin Willock (1919-2005) was an English journalist, screenwriter and producer of television documentaries. His main interests were based around the countryside, and he had an early interest in hunting and fishing, which towards the end of his life seems to have been replaced with a commitment to conservation. He wrote at least three detective stories featuring Nathaniel Ironsides Goss, a magazine publisher who shares sporting interests with his creator, but these have not been republished since the early 1970s. He also wrote many non-fiction books.
