Gardiner, Dorothy


Dorothy Gardiner (1894-1979) was born in Naples and educated at the University of Colorado. She was Secretary of the Mystery Writers of America from 1950 to 1957. She also edited Raymond Chandler Speaking, a collection of his speeches and broadcasts, after the author's death. Her series characters are Sheriff Moss Magill and Mr Watson.
