Iams, Jack


Samuel H. Iams Jr. (1910-1990), known as Jack Iams, was an American writer. He was born in Maryland and educated in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire and at Princeton University. He married Dorothy Aveling in 1934. Iams worked as a journalist and served as a news bureau chief during WW2. His series PI was Stanley "Rocky" Rockwell.
